About Meg

Greetings! Ever since I was a little kid, I've been coming up with cool stories about Halloween parties, vampires, magicians, soldiers, enchanted castles, and anything else I could dream up. When I was about 16, I fell in love with the Victorian era and have been happily writing about 'my time period' ever since.

I delved into the 1860s and, ten years later, finally finished my first novel, "Daniel's Garden."

Soon after, I wrote "The Heart of a Lie," which was inspired by Jane Austen's "Sense & Sensibility," and that was followed by "The Curtain Falls," a magical, theatrical story. "Fogbound Manor" is my personal Gothic-style story paying homage to "Wuthering Heights." To publish all these books, I started Black Rose Press.

Now, I've finished my fifth novel, a YA dark fantasy / sci-fi story called "The Transformation of Charlotte Poole"! Check it out here!
